Place a donation basket in the course of your occasion and kindly requests your invitees to donate for the projects of Kamerun4AfrikaClub e. V.A reason for celebrating can be a reason for helping. The work of Kamerun4AfrikaClub e.V. can be supported by fundraising campaigns on special days and during certain events. For example:
- Birth and baptism
- First communion or confirmation
- Enrolment into elementary school or graduation
- Wedding or house inauguration
- Summer party
- Bazaar
- Charity concert
What to do as a fundraiser:
- You collect the donations and transfer the grand total stating the keyword " the reason why you were celebrating ". You will thereafter receive a thank you letter and confirmation receipt for the donation.
- As an alternative, you collect the donations and transfer the grand total stating the keyword " the reason why you were celebrating". You then receive a thank you letter stating the transferred amount and also requesting you to make known the names, addresses and the amounts of the guests who donated and requested a confirmation receipt of their donation.
- Or you can make public the bank details of our donations account to your well wishers and requesting them to assign their donations therein not forgetting to state the reason for celebrating. Each and every donor will receive a thank you letter and of course a confirmation receipt of donation if they so desire.
