Third Place at the BruttoSozialPreis 2008
06/12 2008:
We were awarded the third prize during the BruttoSozialPreis competition in Berlin organised under the patronage of the german Bundespresident Horst Köhler. The competition was under the banner “Deuschland Land der Ideen”, based on social marketing for not-for-profit organisations.

After a challenging application process, we were selected amongst the first eleven from almost 100 candidates. A team of five students from the “Universität der Künste” in Berlin worked out a communication and marketing strategy for our organisation. This was done within a four week competition time frame from the 7th of November to the 6th of December 2008.
It was an intense competition amongst the participants and at the end, an expert jury of eight professionals awarded our team for their innovative ideas with the third prize. This was truly a milestone in the history of our young and burgeoning charity organisation.
At this point we abundantly thank our team of students for this marvelous job. They are: Susanne Otto, Wenke Bagger, Simone Kok, Benadette Tischmann and Josepha Gillischewski. We also than Mrs Katrin Stegmüller who served as mentor for the girls.
