On the 14th of March 2009, the KAC e.V. was registered in the list for not-for-profit organisations with the privilege to receive fines from legal processes within the Federal Republic of Germany at the Court of Appeal in Hamm. This list is at the disposal to judges, state councils and lawyers. Persons found guilty of any felony could be asked by a court of law to pay a certain fine. In order to have access to such fines, a lot of convincing must be done in order that the KAC e.V. can benefit from. So we hereby appeal to everybody for active participation in this regard.
